If your a sport fanatic or not, the AIS is a fantastic place to visit. On your visit, an elite athlete who takes you on a behind the scenes tour around the AIS and gives you an insight into the life of a top sportsmen. As well in the Australian Institute of Sport, is the Sportex exhibit, here you take on a interactive sporting experience where you can take part in a virtual rowing or cycling race, rock climb or even try to play wheelchair basketball.
